If I decided to put but chain for the tires…. I have to put chain in all of them?

I am traveling to Tennessee on January. I’m driving from Miami Florida to Gatlinburg TN. I am also renting a car. If buy chains for the tires, I have to buy them for all 4 of them or just the front tires? Also, what kind of chains I need (or better but cheap) and where? I will appreciate your answers! Thank You!

the only problem is that the rental car place will not guarantee that on the date I want to rent, they will have a 4wd car…

Skiing in tennessee, north carolina area?

on feb. 19th-25th were taking an 8 hr grive frm al. to tennessee. were hoping for snow & its actually supposed to snow there tomorrow. ober in gatlinburg is really expensive because id be considered an adult @ fourteen. it would be $120 just for me & my brother to ski. north carolina is just over the mountain from where were staying & i was wondering if there are any cheaper ski resorts (real or artificial snow) becuse we really want to ski with my mom & dad too. also is there anyway to know a few weeks in adv. if it will be snowing? thanks!

Im going to Tennessee and the city is Gatlinburg. We are staying in Westgate Resort. I also have a stupid Book Report Due right after I get back in like 7 Days. Should I really bring my laptop or try to budge my book report in after I get back?
